Stay Motivated

We all know that training hard 100% is hard to keep up. There are times when you may get bored with your workout and lack motivation.

We have a few tips that we use here at The Mill Fitness to keep that motivation and constantly break P.R’s!!!

-switch it up constantly switchin up exercises, training format. Circuit, amrap, against the clock ect
-partner when possible try and train with a friend, this help to train past boundries with weight ect and you always want to beat your friends.
-focus when you are training your training SIMPLE!
-goals set yourself mini achievable goals this will help you to build motivation.
-track it always track your progress and workouts this will make sure you are improving each time and you will see the results.
-monitor certainly cardio sessions we have a heart rate monitor always. You think your at your max but this will show you that you have so much more to give.
-change scene get outside hit the hills, pull ups on the monkey bars use the outdoors and prevent boredom.
-the end is always sweeter when you have completed than when you know you quit!
